Our sales approach is unique that we offer “Non-MLS” listings and sales. At the request of our property sellers we have designed our business around your needs of privacy of information and exclusivity which keeps your property clean in the eyes of prospective buyers without DOM (Days on market) reports or historical listing and pricing records can be easily misinterpreted diminishing your properties value.
LANDCOR is not a member of the Northwest MLS (NWMLS) and is not affiliated with Leske Realty which is a MLS member. LANDCOR is a CBA (CommercialMLS) member and this is a different MLS than the residential MLS with different – limited reporting. This is a tool as an Option with property owners that can be discussed on a case by case basis.
