Rome was not built in a day, nor was it through the efforts of just one man. Don Leske is the Designated / Managing Broker and Principal. LANDCOR is a collective group of independent professional agents from a variety of firms with specialties ranging from Land, Commercial, Residential and Industrial.

We have also partnered with other industry professionals with specific expertise in Land, Land procurement, Land sales, Land appraisals, Land entitlement, Civil Engineering, Forestry and more.

About Us – Landcor Brokers

How we came to be. We are the sum total of our life experiences. Both good and bad. It has been said there is not really failure if you have learned the life lessons from it. I have learned my life and business lessons over the last 2 decades. I have worked and / or been on all sides of real estate sales from every angle. From the land owners perspective to the developers, builders, lenders, brokers and end users. I have applied all my life lessons and have with focused intent created LANDCOR the new up and coming dominant all Land “NON-NWMLS” brokerage that will be a powerhouse force to be reckoned with.

1997

Began professionally selling Homes and Land

Life in real estate had humble beginnings selling mobile homes and creating land home packages.

2011

Taking control of my core business values I opened Leske Realty which I have been able to focus on quality of service over quantity. Enduring and learning lessons from the great recession of the late 2000’s we have learned to operate on a low overhead budget thus not requiring the pressures of high monthly production which leads to undue pressures on the clients. My only regret is not doing this a decade ago.

Opened LANDCOR a Land Brokerage (Active Brokerage)

Life is about failing, learning and growing. I have learned many lessons from my experience and ultimately with meditative reflection and focus i have discovered my passion. I love selling Land. Helping to create communities for people to live and play and raise their families. To help be apart of the creative process and to help produce something that will be here long after I am. This is my Legacy work.

Don began selling homes professionally in 1997 when he worked for a small boutique home dealership in Puyallup Washington where they developed and sold land/home packages throughout Pierce County. He quickly learned about home building, land development and gained the skills of real estate sales by cultivating long term relationships. He became the GM (General Manager) and then opened his own Home Dealership “Evergreen State Homes Inc.” and also partnered in “Washington State Mortgage inc.” both located in Puyallup Washington. Desiring more flexibility and opportunity to explore both residential and commercial land he took the leap of faith and next acquired his real estate license in 2001 and hasn’t looked back since. Don has a strong passion for the real estate business and helping land owners, developers and builders win with real estate. With his combined experience and with the team he has developed, Don has sold over 1600+ properties in his career, over half a Billion dollars in gross sales volume. Don is a second Generation Entrepreneur and Real Estate Agent. He has the experience, track record and negotiating expertise to serve you at a high level.
