Land

We are looking for land opportunities. Raw or finished. We are not MLS members. if you have or know of land and you want it sold we can equally co-list and work together on it or we can market and sell it for you and pay you a referral fee so you have no issues with your current MLS brokerage holding a pocket listing. Many land owners do not want their land on the MLS which puts you in a sticky situation. We can elevate that. Every agreement is signed and in writing. Your commission is guaranteed. We are in this for the long run and we are looking for a long term relationship with our broker friends.

Builders

We have builders that we sell land to in various locations in which we can not service due to location or scheduling. Instead of LANDCOR referring those relationships and listings away to brokers we do not know lets establish a relationship and work together. Perhaps you have a builder and you need land or listings? We can help with that too.

We sell projects in various locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and cannot possibly service all of these areas.
